Welcome to Dougherty Valley High School (DVHS) where we are in our second year of traditions in excellence. School construction was funded by Shapell Industries of Northern California, and Windemere BLC, the two homebuiilders developing the Dougherty Valley area of San Ramon. 

 

We opened our school with grade 9 and 10 and this year (2008-09) we add grade 11 with approximately 950 students. Dougherty Valley High School offers students a challenging and rigorous standards-based curriculum and high expectations. Students and parents are encouraged to participate in the excellent program opportunities available.
