The technology department supports students, families, and staff members of San Ramon Valley Unified School District. We strive to provide high quality support and customer service. There are two ways to contact technology support:
 
  • Submit an IT ticket: Tickets are reviewed by multiple agents and are routed to an expert in our department based on the support needed and customer profile. When submitting a ticket, please provide detailed information so that we can be prompt with our responses. 
  • Help Desk: Help desk technicians are available during business hours (7:30 am to 4:30 pm), Monday through Friday. (Excluding Holidays) Call the help desk for personalized support or make an appointment to visit a technician at the Service Center for in person support. (925) 824-1840

IT Tickets and Infinite Campus Access

IT TICKETS: The IT department manages three different IT tickets systems. One IT ticket system is designated for staff, one IT ticket system is designated for students, and one IT ticket system is designated for parents / caregivers. Please use the links provided below to access the IT ticket system that matches your profile. 
 
INFINITE CAMPUS ACCESS: Parents / caregivers and students have customized portals to access the SRVUSD student information system (SIS), Infinite Campus. Use the links below to access SIS profiles. 
SRVUSD Portal: Students and staff log in to the new SRVUSD Portal at classlink.srvusd.net. The portal provides safe and secure access to all instructional software including Schooloy, Infinite Campus, and Naviance. Explore all updates to the digital classroom set up here.
