Annual Update

For the 2024-25 school year, parents/caregivers will be able to complete this year’s Annual Update by feeder pattern beginning on July 15th.

We require that all families complete this very important online Annual Update as it is the primary means of providing updated emergency contact information should we need to reach parents/caregivers in the event of an emergency. This information is vital to the safety of our students!

The Annual Update is required, and serves many purposes for families, schools, and the district.

Emergency contact information
Parent decision of how a child’s student directory information can be shared
Notification of Parent Rights and Responsibilities
New policies on Student devices and technology
Student device fees, insurance, and use agreements
Eligibility for educational benefits

Families will receive an email with additional information and instructions as these dates approach. Weekly email reminders to complete the Annual Update will be sent, as it is a mandatory task to ensure student safety. All families should complete it by August 9th.

During the school year, we hope you log on periodically to check your information in the Parent Portal. If your information has changed, including contact numbers, new or obsolete emergency contacts, etc., you can request the change through your parent portal. If you have moved and need to change your home address, please save your verification of residency documentation as a PDF file and upload these documents as you submit a Portal Change Request via your Parent Portal account.

Did you set up your security questions and options? If so, you can recover this yourself. If not, please send an email to portalhelp@srvusd.net to have them help you out! Do this now to avoid delays in July and August!

Contact your student’s school office to receive your unique user key to set up an account. It’s fast and easy.
